What will the health care ecosystem look like in 2040?
In this project, my team and I used design thinking exercises in order to design solutions for the healthcare system of the future. Our key aim was to design a solution that reduces the rate of Delayed Transfers of Care (DOTCs) within the NHS system in the United Kingdom.

Pet insurance is a high-growth industry in the United Kingdom. In this project, my team and I conducted environmental scanning and a SWOT analysis to identify disjoints in the customer journey for Petplan customers. After identifying gaps, we propose a number of solutions that will positively impact the customer journey and the company’s bottom line.

Despite the fact that fashion retailers recognise the importance of digitalisation, many brands struggle to understand how to sync digital strategies with brick-and-mortar strategies. This online/offline disjoint often results in a jarring experience for the customer, thus reducing profitability.
This project looks at the status quo of data capture in the fashion retail space in the United Kingdom, and then shows how technology can be used to improve the customer journey and drive profitability.
This project was borne at UNLEASH, the UN’s Global Innovation Lab in Singapore. I was invited to serve as a talent for UNLEASH’s 2018 program, where I developed solutions for SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation. Over an 8 day period I had the pleasure of working with a team from all over the globe on one of the world’s most pressing problems: human waste management in urban slums.

This data analysis project zooms in on the current operations of a restaurant chain, Six Guys, in order to identify the most profitable aspects of the business. We developed a regression model designed to assist the restaurant’s owners with their expansion plans.

Cholera is a fascinating disease. We know what causes it, and we know how to eradicate it. Still, the disease continues to infect more than 10 million people per year. In light of the failure of NGOs and public agencies to address this problem, this project focuses on a single question: how can we use the entrepreneurial toolkit to eradicate cholera?
